By integrating customer data into the video through an automatic connection with CRM data, the customer receives a hyper-personalized video including a personal offer. Through interactive buttons in the video, the viewer can directly explore the new collection or make an appointment at their own store to take advantage of the personal offer.

Successful introduction of the new brand name and increased in-store visits

The result is impressive. The personalized video has an open rate of over 80%, and 71% of viewers engage with the interactive call to action. In total, 28% of all viewers click through the interactive buttons to either make an appointment or view the new collection. The primary objective of introducing the new brand to the existing customer base has been achieved.
