The assignment to Ping Media: come up with a proposal on how we can fill the customer’s emotional bank account and how we can encourage the use of the app and digital tools.
Our proposal: a personalized, interactive video in which the customer is warmly greeted and receives a suitable offer. The course of the video is determined by how the customer has used the digital customer environment in the past year.
The stats are impressive: The smart video has an open rate of 82% and 94% of viewers watch the video to the end. Additionally, Usabilla research from PostNL shows that 84% of respondents react positively to the campaign. 54% even give the highest satisfaction score.
