THE BRIEF
Brunel, a key player in the energy transition, faced the challenge of increasing awareness about their accredited hydrogen training program. Hydrogen is a crucial component of future energy supply, and Brunel plays a leading role in educating engineers and other stakeholders to build the necessary knowledge and expertise. The client’s request was clear: create a video that not only emphasizes the importance of the training but also encourages the recruitment of participants.
OUR SOLUTION
Immersive storytelling in documentary form
The concept was brought to life by placing the stories of the students at the center. The documentary followed them through the course, interviewing them about their experiences and growth. Additionally, various experts in the field were interviewed to emphasize the profound impact of the course and the importance of hydrogen in the energy transition.
The production of the video was a highly educational journey. With multiple shoot days at different locations, we were able to capture the entire development of an energy transition initiative where Brunel is at the forefront. The result was three versions of the video: a short 30-second social media advertisement, a 1:30-minute version for presentations, and an extended 8-minute comprehensive video that told the full story for the website.
RESULTS
Abundance of awareness and conversion
The objectives of awareness and conversion were significantly exceeded among the target audience. After the video was released, there was a considerable increase in traffic to the webpage with additional information. Furthermore, there was a noticeable increase in registrations for the hydrogen training program. The video served as a powerful tool to reach and inspire both customers and students, both domestically and internationally, for this leading program in the energy transition.
