This interactive video shows customers of Belgian telecom provider Base how they can check their usage and remaining data in the designated client portal. By providing clients with an interactive solution to their problems, Base decreases the amount of calls they receive on their service desk, for this frequently asked question. The result? Base saves time and money, the service desk is enabled to tackle more elaborate problems and clients are offered a 24/7 solution to their encountered complications.
